Meditation
“The mind exists as a Servant to the Soul”
“Success, happiness and a flow of prosperity are the result of mastering the mind.”
“The mind does not stop. That is why “a point of stillness” is one of the essential tools you need to look into the mind. This is where special techniques like meditation, mantra, and breath control are needed. Using the mind to try and convince the mind to be still is like stopping a hurricane by blowing at it! There is too much going on.”
The techniques of meditation taught by Yogi Bhajan engage the conscious, the subconscious and the super-conscious at the point of origin of the thoughts. The meditation techniques of Kundalini Yoga can facilitate an understanding of the working of the mind, and teach us how to plant the seed of peace, prosperity, and health into our minds.
Meditation classes run at Anula Healing throughout the school term on Thursday evenings, commencing at 6pm.
